1. Orders take 1-3 business days to be processed.

2. Please note once an order has dispatched, Artistic Design by Lamia cannot be held responsible for any delays or goods lost in transit caused by mail carrier, weather conditions, issues with international customs, or any other circumstances beyond our control.

Please give us 48 hours to respond to your email, customer service is Monday-Saturday 9am-4pm 

3. Please make sure all your personal information is correct before confirming your order. If your package says "returned to sender" be prepared to pay for additional shipping costs. 

4. We are not responsible for any import fees. International tax and duties (import) are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, these fees are not included in the shipping costs. Artistic Design by Lamia and the carrier do not have control over how long customs deem fit to hold a package. In addition, certain countries may apply tariffs after the package is accepted. Artistic Design by Lamia Is not responsible for applicable custom fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges.
