Although extremely rare, some people are allergic to the metals and finishes commonly used in making jewelry. It is the responsibility of the consumer to be aware of any allergies he or she may have to metals (gold, silver, etc.) or the oxidation applied to metals (liver of sulfur) prior to making a purchase. Because there is no way for us to know the medical history of our customers,  The Artistic Design By Lamia Corp will not be held liable for any allergic reactions that may occur as a result of wearing our jewelry.

Sensitive Skin

Prior to placing your order, please review the materials used in the product description. While the majority of our products are hypoallergenic, we are not responsible for allergic reactions or conditions associated with wearing our jewelry. If you experience any skin irritation or discomfort while wearing our jewelry, discontinue use and seek medical advice if necessary.

Liability, Use and Responsibility

We are not liable for any loss or damage to jewelry, personal injury, or any other issues resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Our jewelry is intended for personal adornment. It is not suitable for industrial, sports, or heavy manual labor activities. Be responsible and cautious while wearing jewelry in any situation.

Choking Hazard

Many of our Jewelry designs contain small component parts such as beads and charms, which may present a choking hazard if ingested. As a result, jewelry from Artistic Design By Lamia Corp should always be kept out of the reach of young children or other individuals likely to ingest the jewelry or its component parts. Jewelry should never be worn in the shower, pool, bed or placed in the mouth due to risk of choking.

Nickel and Lead compliance, in addition to all metal content, is stated as represented by supplier and has not been independently verified by The Artistic Design By Lamia Corp.
