What’s Covered
Our warranty includes:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship.
- Structural defects that occur under normal conditions of wear.
If your item is deemed defective, we’ll provide one free replacement of the same or a comparable item. No refunds will be issued under warranty claims.
What’s Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear (including fading, scratches, or tarnishing).
- Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, or storage.
- Theft, loss, or damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations.
- Exposure to chemicals, moisture, or extreme environments that may compromise the piece.
Limitations
- One-time replacement per item is allowed during the warranty period.
- Warranty applies only to items purchased directly from The Artistic Design.
