What’s Covered

Our warranty includes:

  • Structural defects that occur under normal conditions of wear.

If your item is deemed defective, we’ll provide one free replacement of the same or a comparable item. No refunds will be issued under warranty claims.

What’s Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

  • Damage resulting from misuse, accidents, improper care, or storage.
  • Theft, loss, or damage caused by third-party repairs or alterations.
  • Exposure to chemicals, moisture, or extreme environments that may compromise the piece.

Limitations

  • One-time replacement per item is allowed during the warranty period.
  • Warranty applies only to items purchased directly from The Artistic Design.
